The ladies at the front desk will be there to welcome you. After checking in with them, you can take a seat in the foyer.
We have got plenty of parking, so there is no need to stress in that regard!

Please allow 45 minutes for your first appointment and anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes for your follow ups.

Payment Options
As we are seperate to the South Coast Medicine group, your practitioner will take payment in the room once the session is complete.
We accept cash or eftpos.
We are unable to process private health claims on the spot (they don't like that we are a mobile practice!). Don’t stress though; you will receive your tax invoice within 12-48hours of your appointment. This will have all the details ready for you to claim online. If you need your receipt sooner, please let your practitioner know.
